This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a welcoming bar area, and friendly staff. They even helped me with a local food delivery number on my first stay. I truly enjoy my time here and will be back for Christmas!

Comfortable beds and easy access to transportation.

The air conditioning was inadequate, unable to cool below 21C. The shower had drainage issues, resulting in standing water. Breakfast service was sloppy, with unattended empty plates lingering on the table.

The restaurant offered excellent meal options, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the wine was included in the half-board deal.

Unfortunately, I found the mattress uncomfortable, which led to a poor night's sleep during my stay.

Chur, had a pretty sweet stay! Rooms were tidy as, but the aircon struggled a bit. Breakfast was decent but could’ve used more choice. Loved the comfy beds!

We had a good time in our family room. The beds were super comfy, and having space for the kids was a big plus. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The only bummer was the hot and cold water issue in the shower. The restaurant was decent for dinner – hit the spot after a long drive.

The location is perfect for easy motorway access. The cozy bar area added to our relaxing experience. The friendly staff made our stay memorable, and the beautiful rooms were a delight.

enjoyed but lacked some details

The room was clean and spacious, allowing us plenty of room to move around comfortably. The lobby area was beautiful, which made a great first impression. Staff were friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to assist us. We were pleased to find that our two small dogs were made very welcome, and we enjoyed dining in the restaurant alongside them.

We did experience some issues with air conditioning performance.

It was just a proper fit for a weekend adventure in Piacenza with very good value for money. The bathroom was really nice, with a good supply of towels. Bring your favorite coffee beans to get the most out of breakfast!

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, ample parking, which made our stay easy and enjoyable as we appreciated the spacious room and the quick access to the roundtrip airport shuttle.
